• This Victorinox watch is covered by a 5-year international manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase when purchased from an authorised retailer such as Cassims & Co.
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches to the case, crystal, or strap, nor discolouration or deterioration of rubber straps.
• Battery replacement is considered routine maintenance and is not covered under warranty.
• Water damage resulting from misuse, including operating the crown while submerged or after failure to properly screw down the crown, is excluded from warranty coverage.
• Damage caused by accidents, impacts, unauthorised repairs, or service by non-authorised personnel will void the warranty.
• Proof of purchase from an authorised Victorinox retailer is required for all warranty claims.

• The warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages, and some jurisdictions do not allow such limitations.

• Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water, chlorine, or perspiration to prevent corrosion and residue buildup on the case and rubber strap.
• Clean the rubber strap periodically with mild soap and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly to maintain flexibility and appearance.
• Always ensure the crown is fully screwed down before any water exposure to maintain the 200-metre water resistance rating.
• Avoid operating the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise water resistance seals.
• Store your Victorinox away from strong magnetic fields (speakers, mobile phones, magnetic clasps) as magnetisation can affect quartz movement accuracy.
• Have the battery replaced by authorised professionals when the watch stops or shows weak timekeeping. We recommend replacement every 3-4 years, and water resistance should be tested during battery service.
• The sapphire crystal is highly scratch-resistant but can crack under extreme impact. Avoid striking the watch against hard surfaces.
• Service the watch every 4-5 years to replace gaskets, test water resistance, and ensure optimal performance.
• Avoid extreme temperature changes (hot tub to ice bath) as rapid thermal shock can stress seals and components despite the I.N.O.X.'s exceptional durability.
• When not wearing the watch for extended periods, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the rubber strap.
