Tessa was incredibly helpful. We ordered the rings on Friday, but unfortunately, they didn’t fit. We needed the rings by Monday, and she went above and beyond to ensure that we received them back on Sunday in the correct size.

We ordered our wedding rings online from Cassims & Co. on a Sunday and were amazed when they arrived the very next day! Unfortunately, due to bad sizing advice from a competitor, they were too big. We took a road trip from Pretoria to their Mall of the South branch to exchange them, and Nazia came to our rescue.
She took one look at our hands, knew the sizes were far off, and expertly measured us for the perfect fit. She processed our return and exchange seamlessly while we admired their incredible selection of branded watches. Thank you, Nazia, for your amazing and friendly service—you made the drive well worth it! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend shopping in person or online with Cassim & Co. Their customer service is wonderful. The ring I bought needed to be resized and Nadia phoned the same day to make sure it would get to me in time for the wedding. Within 5 days, I had my ring and it fits perfectly.

What a lovely team. Nazia was so professional, friendly and patient with us. Especially when the ring I wanted wasn’t available in my size. She took her time in helping me find another one that was available for resizing. Our rings were delivered on time before our ceremony.

Honestly, the best service! Cassims & Co went above and beyond! I made a last minute decision to purchase a watch for my partner's birthday. They sent me a photo of the engraving and even called me to make sure I checked my phone so I could choose the font.
I received the watch earlier than expected and the quality was amazing! They even included a branded bag for the gift, which was such a lovely extra touch.

Absolutely loved my experience with Cassims & Co.! The service was amazing from start to finish, and my Stanley cup engraving came out so beautiful and neat. You can really tell that they take pride in their work and pay attention to the little details.
