Warranty
Supplied with the 2-year international Tissot warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
Our watch service centre in Johannesburg handles warranty work, batteries, bracelet sizing and servicing.
Care guide
- Wipe the stainless steel case and bezel with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove fingerprints and dust.
- Keep the leather strap dry; remove the watch before washing hands, showering or swimming to prevent water damage and odour.
- Store the watch away from direct sunlight and heat sources, which can fade the dial and dry out the leather over time.
- Have the battery replaced by an authorised Tissot service centre to maintain the water-resistance seals and avoid damage to the calibre F06.115 movement.
- Avoid exposing the sapphire crystal to heavy impacts, and do not use abrasive cleaners or polishes on any part of the watch.
