Description
The Seiko Presage Cocktail Time (SRPE19J1) is an automatic 4R35 watch with a 40.5mm round stainless steel case, a blue sunburst dial and a stainless steel bracelet.
Case & crystal
The round case is stainless steel and measures 40.5mm across by 11.8mm thick, and the bracelet is stainless steel as well, so case and band match in the hand. The dial is protected by a Hardlex crystal, Seiko's hardened mineral glass, which is a separate component from the case itself.
Dial
The blue dial carries a sunburst finish, so the colour shifts from deep navy to brighter blue as the light moves across it. A radial guilloché pattern is worked into the surface, and applied faceted indices catch the light at each hour position. A date aperture completes the layout.
Movement
Inside is the automatic Seiko calibre 4R35, wound by the motion of your wrist. It offers a power reserve of 41 hours, so the watch keeps running if it is set aside for a day or so. Bracelet & fit
