- Battery replacement is not covered under warranty, as batteries are considered consumable items.
- Water damage resulting from improper use, failure to ensure the crown is secured, or damage to seals is excluded.
- Accidental damage, impact damage, or damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications voids the warranty.
- To claim warranty service, please present your original proof of purchase along with the watch to Cassims & Co. or an authorised Rotary service centre.
