Description
The Police Knotty chronograph pairs a quartz movement with a 42mm round case, a black partial see-through dial and a gold-tone stainless steel bracelet, and the weight and finish of that case and bracelet register the moment you pick it up.
Case & crystal
The round case is gold-tone stainless steel, measuring 42mm across and 11.5mm thick. The bezel is a gold-tone ion-plated top ring with screw details, which gives the case profile a mechanical, engineered edge. A mineral crystal covers the dial. Case and bracelet share the same gold-tone stainless steel construction.
Dial
The black dial is partially see-through, so the layers beneath show through the surface. Gold-tone applied indexes mark the hours, and three sub-dials carry the chronograph and timekeeping functions, including a 24-hour sub-dial. Date and day-date indications complete the layout.
Movement
A quartz movement drives the Knotty, with chronograph, date and day-date complications. Quartz timekeeping suits a watch worn regularly, as it needs no winding.
Bracelet & fit
The gold-tone stainless steel bracelet continues the case finish, so the watch reads as one piece from lugs to clasp. It is a men's model, and the bracelet can be sized at our showrooms. Our team also handles watch servicing and repairs once the watch is in your care.

Supplied with the 2-year international Police warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
Our watch service centre in Johannesburg handles warranty work, batteries, bracelet sizing and servicing.
Care guide
- Wipe the gold-tone stainless steel case and bracelet with a soft, dry microfibre cloth after wear to remove skin oils.
- Keep the watch away from swimming pools, the sea and hot showers, as the 50 metre rating is for splashes and everyday exposure only.
