Description
The Police PEWGI2241503 is a quartz chronograph with a 45mm round case, a black dial and a black IP stainless steel bracelet, from our range of Police watches.
Case & crystal
The 45mm round case is black IP stainless steel, and the bezel is finished in the same black IP stainless steel. The case and the bracelet are matched, so the watch reads as one continuous dark surface. A mineral crystal covers the dial.
Dial
The black dial carries three sub-dials for the chronograph functions, with rose gold-tone applied indices and rose gold-tone hands set against the dark ground. Both the indices and the hands are luminous, so the time stays legible in low light. A date window sits at 4 o'clock, and a tachymeter scale runs around the inner ring.
Movement

Warranty
Supplied with the 2-year international Police warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
Our watch service centre in Johannesburg handles warranty work, batteries, bracelet sizing and servicing.
Care guide
- Wipe the black IP stainless steel case and bracelet with a soft, dry microfibre cloth after wear to remove skin oils and dust.
- Avoid abrasive cloths and polishes on the black IP finish, as they can wear the coating.
- Keep the watch away from submersion: it is water resistant to 50 metres, so avoid swimming and diving, and do not press the chronograph pushers under water.
- Rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly if the watch is splashed with salt water or chlorine.
- The mineral crystal can scratch against hard surfaces, so store the watch separately from other items.
