Supplied with the 2-year international Michael Kors warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
Our watch service centre in Johannesburg handles warranty work, batteries, bracelet sizing and servicing.
Care guide
- Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear to remove perspiration, oils and dust that can dull the gold-tone finish over time.
- Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to chlorine, salt water or cosmetics, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent residue build-up around the bracelet links and bezel.
- Avoid impact to the mineral crystal and crystal-set bezel; while mineral glass resists everyday scratches, hard knocks can chip the crystal or dislodge bezel stones.
- Have the battery replaced by a qualified watchmaker when the watch stops; leaving a depleted battery inside the case can cause leakage and damage the movement.
- Store the watch in a dry environment away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, which can affect the quartz movement's accuracy and degrade seals over time.
- Do not operate the crown while the watch is wet or submerged, as this can compromise the water-resistance seals and allow moisture to enter the case.
