Description
The Fossil Minimalist 3H (FS5459) is a quartz men's watch with a 44mm round case, a grey sunray dial and a matching Gunmetal IP Stainless Steel bracelet, one of the pieces in our range of Fossil watches.
Case & crystal
The round case is Gunmetal IP Stainless Steel, measuring 44mm across and 8mm thick, and it is finished in the same Gunmetal IP Stainless Steel as the bracelet, so case and band read as one continuous dark tone. A fixed stainless steel bezel frames the dial. Protecting the dial is a mineral crystal.
Dial
The grey dial carries a sunray finish, so the surface shifts between lighter and darker tones as the light moves across it. Stick indices mark the hours, a minute track runs around the edge, and lume-filled hands keep the three-hand layout of hours, minutes and seconds readable in dim conditions.
Movement
Inside is a quartz movement, which drives the three hands with steady timekeeping and a simple, uncomplicated daily routine. Quartz calibres are also well suited to regular wear, as they do not need winding.
Bracelet & fit
The Gunmetal IP Stainless Steel bracelet closes with a single pusher foldover clasp, a secure fastening that opens with one press and folds flat against the underside of the wrist. For adjustment or maintenance, our team can assist with watch servicing and repairs.

At 44mm in diameter and 8mm thick, the case has a bold, assertive wrist presence while staying relatively slim in profile, so it slides under a shirt cuff without catching. Supplied with the 2-year international Fossil warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.

Care guide
- Wipe the Gunmetal IP Stainless Steel case and bracelet with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove oils and dust.
- Avoid abrasive cloths and cleaners, which can wear the IP finish over time.
- Rinse with fresh water after exposure to sweat or splashes, then dry thoroughly. The watch is water resistant to 50 metres, so keep it away from swimming and diving.
