• Store your Fossil Carlie Mini in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use, preferably in its original box or a soft watch pouch.
• Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, or harsh chemicals, as these can affect the movement and finish.
• Clean the case and crystal regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove fingerprints, dust, and residue. For the leather strap, use a slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
• Do not wear the watch while swimming, showering, or engaging in water sports, as it is only water-resistant to 5 ATM and prolonged exposure may damage the seals.
• Avoid impact or dropping the watch, as this can damage the movement, crystal, or case finish.
• Have the battery replaced by a professional watchmaker when the movement stops. Our team at Cassims & Co. offers battery replacement services to ensure your watch is opened and resealed correctly.
• If the leather strap becomes wet, allow it to dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid exposing it to direct heat sources such as hairdryers or radiators, as this can cause the leather to crack or warp.
• Periodically check the strap and buckle for signs of wear. If you notice any damage or loosening, bring the watch to our boutique for inspection and adjustment.
