The Diesel Mega Chief DZ4360 is a quartz chronograph with a 51 mm gold-tone stainless steel case, gold dial finished with a sunray effect, and matching gold-tone stainless steel bracelet.
Case & crystal
The round case is machined from gold-tone stainless steel and measures 51 mm in diameter by 12 mm thick. A mineral crystal protects the dial, offering reliable scratch resistance for daily wear.
Dial
The gold dial carries a sunray finish that catches light across its surface. Three chronograph sub-dials are arranged within the layout, while a date display sits at 3 o'clock. Applied hour indices mark the hours, reinforcing the bold aesthetic that defines the Mega Chief collection.
Movement

Warranty
Supplied with the 2-year international Diesel warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
Our watch service centre in Johannesburg handles warranty work, batteries, bracelet sizing and servicing.
Care guide
- Wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear to remove perspiration, dust and oils that can dull the gold-tone finish over time.
- Rinse the watch under fresh water after exposure to chlorinated or salt water, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth to prevent mineral deposits and corrosion.
- Do not operate the chronograph pushers or pull out the crown while the watch is wet or submerged, as moisture may enter the case and damage the movement.
- Store the watch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and magnetic fields, which can affect quartz accuracy and fade the dial finish.
- Have the battery replaced by an authorised service centre when the watch stops or the seconds hand begins to jump in two-second intervals; this also allows the technician to inspect and replace the gaskets that maintain water resistance.
- Avoid impact to the mineral crystal, as sharp knocks can chip or crack the surface; while mineral glass is durable, it is not as scratch-resistant as sapphire.
