Case & crystal

Supplied with the 2-year international Diesel warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
Our watch service centre in Johannesburg handles warranty work, batteries, bracelet sizing and servicing.
Care guide
- Rinse the silicone strap with fresh water after exposure to sweat, chlorine or saltwater, then dry with a soft cloth to prevent residue build-up.
- Clean the mineral crystal with a microfibre cloth to remove fingerprints and smudges; avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the surface.
- Do not expose the plastic case to prolonged direct sunlight or extreme heat, as this may cause discolouration or warping over time.
