Description
Casio built its name on digital timekeeping, and the AE-1500WH-1AVDF carries that lineage forward as a round, 51.2 mm digital watch with a positive LCD display and a resin strap.
Case & crystal
The round case is moulded in resin and measures 51.2 mm across and 15.7 mm thick, with a resin bezel framing the display. The crystal is resin as well, so case, bezel and crystal share one material. The strap is also resin, keeping the whole watch light and uniform in construction.
Dial
A positive LCD display presents large digits with day and date, giving a crisp dark-on-light read at a glance. A bar-graph ring carries AL1-AL5 alarm indicators, and the Illuminator LED backlight casts an amber afterglow for reading the display in low light.
Movement
This is a digital movement, with no hands or sub-dials to interpret. Functions include date, alarm, dual time, stopwatch and backlight, so you can track a second time zone, time an activity or set up to five alarms indicated on the bar-graph ring.
Bracelet & fit
The resin strap closes with a buckle, which allows fine adjustment across the strap's holes for a snug, secure fit. Resin stays supple against the skin and is straightforward to wipe clean after wear.

Supplied with the 1-year international Casio warranty, valid when purchased from an authorised retailer and registered at purchase through Cassims & Co. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship; it does not cover normal wear, batteries, straps, glass, or damage from misuse or water ingress through an unscrewed crown.
