• This Casio Baby-G BGD-501UM-2Q watch carries a 1-year international Casio warranty from the date of purchase.


• The warranty is valid only when the watch is purchased from an authorised Casio retailer such as Cassims & Co.


• The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.


• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches to the case, crystal, or strap, nor discolouration or deterioration of resin components over time.


• Battery replacement, even if required within the warranty period, is not covered as the battery is considered a consumable item.


• Water damage resulting from misuse, such as operating buttons underwater or exceeding the stated water resistance rating, is not covered.

• Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to saltwater, chlorine, or sweat to prevent residue buildup on the resin case and strap.


• Dry the watch thoroughly with a soft, lint-free cloth before storage to prevent moisture accumulation.


• Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, or harsh chemicals including solvents, detergents, and perfumes, as these can damage the resin material.


• Do not operate the buttons while the watch is underwater, as this may compromise the water resistance seals.


• Store the watch in a cool, dry place away from magnetic fields and electronic devices when not in use.


• Have the battery replaced by an authorised service centre when the display dims or becomes difficult to read. During battery replacement, the water resistance seals should be inspected and replaced if necessary.


• Clean the resin strap periodically with a soft brush and mild soap solution to remove dirt and oils, then rinse and dry thoroughly.


• Avoid impact with hard surfaces, even though the watch is shock-resistant, as excessive force may still cause damage to the case or display.
