Warranty
There is no formal manufacturer warranty on jewellery, but Cassims & Co. guarantees its workmanship: if a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones from knocks, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Professional cleaning, inspection, claw checks and resizing are available at either showroom.
Care guide
- Clean the 9ct gold and diamonds with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush, then pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Use a soft cloth on the polished areas and wipe the brushed teardrop disc along the grain to keep its finish even.
- Take the pendant off before swimming, bathing or using household cleaners, as chlorine and harsh chemicals can dull gold.
- Store it separately in a soft pouch so the fine cable chain does not tangle or scratch other pieces.
- Have the bezel and the pavé-set bail checked periodically so the diamonds remain secure.
