Description
These 9ct yellow gold stud earrings carry a round emerald and diamonds with a total weight of 0.20ct, each stud set in a 4-claw halo design.
The stone
At the centre of each earring sits a round green emerald, with the hue and colour saturation of the stone leading the eye. Around it, a cushion-shaped halo of pavé-set diamonds adds brilliance and a little scintillation. The emerald and diamonds together weigh 0.20ct across the pair.
Setting & band
The craftsmanship is in the detail of the setting. Four teardrop-shaped claws hold the round emerald, keeping the table of the stone open to the light.
