Warranty
There is no formal manufacturer warranty on jewellery, but Cassims & Co. guarantees its workmanship: if a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones from knocks, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Professional cleaning, inspection, claw checks and resizing are available at either showroom.
Care guide
- Remove the ring before applying lotions, perfumes or cleaning products, as residues can dull the diamonds and settle in the pavé settings and filigree detail.
- Clean the ring at home by soaking it briefly in warm water with a drop of mild detergent, then use a soft brush to reach the underside of the cluster and the gallery work. Rinse and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
- Store the ring separately in a soft pouch or lined compartment to prevent the diamonds from scratching other jewellery or the polished gold surface.
