There is no formal manufacturer warranty on jewellery, but Cassims & Co. guarantees its workmanship: if a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones from knocks, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Professional cleaning, inspection, claw checks and resizing are available at either showroom.
Care guide
- Remove the ring during heavy manual work, exercise or any activity that may knock the pavé settings or scratch the polished band.
- Clean the ring with warm soapy water and a soft brush, paying attention to the pavé diamonds and the underside of the halo where dirt can collect.
- Have the pavé settings inspected every twelve months by a jeweller to ensure the small stones remain secure in their beads.
