Description
This 9ct white gold pendant carries 0.20ct total diamond weight in a pavé-set square design, finished in polish and hung on a 45cm chain.
The metal
We chose 9ct white gold for this pendant because its cool, bright tone sits naturally behind white diamonds, letting the pavé surface read as one continuous field of light. The polished rounded-edge frame, the tapered bail and the fine trace chain are all cut from the same 9ct white gold, so the colour stays consistent from frame to chain. A soft cloth and the occasional professional polish will keep that finish bright over the years.
The stone
The centre stone is graded I-J colour and SI clarity, and it is the single slightly larger accent at the middle of the panel. Around it, the pavé-set diamonds share the remaining weight, bringing the total to 0.20ct. At this scale the effect is one of scintillation across the panel rather than one dominant stone, with the centre stone giving the eye a natural focal point.
Setting & band
The square is set on point, in the kite or diamond orientation, which gives the pendant a lively outline against the neckline.
