Warranty
There is no formal manufacturer warranty on jewellery, but Cassims & Co. guarantees its workmanship: if a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones from knocks, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Professional cleaning, inspection, claw checks and resizing are available at either showroom.
Care guide
- Clean the ring regularly with warm soapy water and a soft brush, paying attention to the pavé settings where dirt and oils can accumulate and dull the diamonds.
- Remove the ring before applying lotions, perfumes or cleaning products, as residue can build up around the pavé stones and reduce their brilliance.
