There is no formal manufacturer warranty on jewellery, but Cassims & Co. guarantees its workmanship: if a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones from knocks, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Professional cleaning, inspection, claw checks and resizing are available at either showroom.
Care guide
- Clean the band every few weeks with warm water, a drop of mild detergent and a soft brush to remove soap and skin oils from the grain setting and milgrain detail.
- Remove the ring before applying hand cream, sunscreen or household cleaners, as residues can dull the diamonds and settle in the beaded edges.
