Cut from 9ct yellow gold, this engagement ring pairs a 2.05ct oval lab-grown diamond with a 4-claw hidden halo setting, bringing the total diamond weight to 2.30ct. Yellow gold at 9ct is a practical choice for a ring meant to be worn daily: the alloy is firm, it holds a polished finish well, and its warm tone sits naturally against the white of the diamonds.
The stone
The centre stone is a 2.05ct oval lab-grown diamond, graded G colour and VS2 clarity, and the grade applies to the centre stone. The oval outline gives generous finger coverage, and it is set east-west, so the length of the stone runs across the finger rather than along it. The side stones are also lab-grown diamonds, totalling 0.25ct, and they run as a continuous graduated row along the band. The ring is accompanied by an IGI certificate.
Setting & band
Four ball-tipped claws hold the oval high on the finger, leaving the table and crown open to the light and showing off its brilliance and fire.
