Description
This 9ct white gold engagement ring is a solitaire set with a 1.07ct princess-cut lab-grown diamond, held in a 4-claw head on a slim polished band.
The stone
The centre stone is a 1.07ct princess-cut lab-grown diamond graded F colour and VVS2 clarity, and it is the only stone in the ring, so the total carat weight is also 1.07ct. A square princess cut shows its brilliance in sharp, geometric flashes across the table, and the IGI certificate listed for this piece records the stone's grading. Setting & band
A four-claw petal head grips the four corners of the princess cut, leaving the sides of the stone open to the light. Beneath it, an open gallery keeps the profile light and lets the pavilion catch light from below. The band is a D-shape profile with a polished finish, rounded on the inside for a smooth feel against the finger. Plain tapered shoulders lead the eye straight to the centre stone, with no side detailing to compete with it.
The metal
The ring is made in 9ct white gold throughout, from the band to the claws, so the setting and shank share one continuous, cool-toned colour. The polished surface gives a bright, even finish that sits comfortably beside the white tone of the diamond.

Warranty
There is no formal manufacturer warranty on jewellery, but Cassims & Co. guarantees its workmanship: if a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue appears, we will repair or replace the piece at no charge. Normal wear, accidental damage, lost stones from knocks, and alterations by third parties are not covered.
Professional cleaning, inspection, claw checks and resizing are available at either showroom.
Care guide
- Clean the 9ct white gold band and claws gently with warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush.
- Pay attention to the underside of the princess cut, where dirt can collect beneath the open gallery.
- Have the four claws checked periodically, as they grip the corners of the princess-cut stone.
- Remove the ring before cleaning, swimming, gym sessions or heavy work to protect the polished finish.
- Store the ring on its own, away from harder jewellery that could mark the polished band.
- Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth to bring back the polished finish.
