Description
This 18ct rose gold pendant carries a 1.06ct round diamond in a claw-set journey design, hanging from a 45cm fine cable chain.
The stone
The centre stone is a round diamond of 1.061ct, graded I-J colour and VS clarity for the centre stone. Its round outline shows the crown and pavilion cut for return of light, and the table faces the wearer at the base of the neckline. A curved bar of graduated round diamonds is set alongside it, with the stones stepping down in size along the arc. Setting & band
The diamonds on the curved bar share claws between neighbouring stones, a prong setting that keeps metal to a minimum so the stones catch the light from the sides.
